PELASTRION is the brand operated by Port Service Marine Systems LLC.
1. Website use
This website provides general information about PELASTRION and a channel for preliminary service requests. You may use the site only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape protected information, impersonate another party, submit false vessel or billing information, or use the site to violate sanctions, export controls, privacy, maritime-security, or other laws.
2. Service requests are not acceptance
Preparing a service brief does not create a contract, confirm technician attendance, reserve time, guarantee a response period, authorize work, establish credit, confirm parts availability, or promise a certificate. A job is accepted only through written confirmation stating the responsible entity, scope, assumptions, exclusions, timing, rates, minimums, travel, parts, deposits, change rules, payment terms, and deliverables.
This website is not a distress channel. It does not replace shipboard emergency procedures, the master, designated person ashore, company security officer, flag administration, class society, coast guard, port authority, emergency services, or equipment-maker emergency support.
3. Regulated work and authority
Some marine work requires OEM authorization, class approval, flag recognition, a licensed operator, an approved service supplier, or a certificate issuer. Individual training does not automatically approve PELASTRION as a company. Where regulated authority is required, PELASTRION will identify the approved entity and issuer in writing before attendance. The final record will state which party performed, reviewed, signed, and issued each regulated deliverable.
4. Website content and credentials
Website descriptions are general and may not apply to every vessel, make, model, class, flag, port, or task. Individual qualifications and corporate certification programs are presented separately. PELASTRION’s corporate certification program is underway. Applicable approvals and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each accepted job.
5. Quotes, parts, travel, and changes
Unless a written quote states otherwise, parts, freight, taxes, launch, agent fees, port fees, access, permits, lodging, airfare, rental vehicles, overtime, waiting, cancellation, cores, special tools, approved-party costs, and certificate fees may be additional. No material scope expansion or unquoted part should proceed without the approval rules stated in the quote or work order.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, workflows and PELASTRION branding are owned by or licensed to PELASTRION, except third-party names and marks. You may not copy, publish, resell, or create misleading derivative materials without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PELASTRION disclaims warranties relating to website availability, completeness, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. PELASTRION is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content. Any liability relating to an accepted service job is governed by the signed quote, work order, contract, or applicable mandatory law.
8. Third parties
PELASTRION may coordinate OEMs, approved suppliers, class societies, flag authorities, certificate issuers, couriers, travel providers, yards, agents, and subcontractors. Their services, portals, terms, timelines, and decisions are controlled by those parties unless the written contract states otherwise.
9. Governing terms
These website terms are intended to be governed by the law stated in the final approved legal version and do not override mandatory maritime, consumer, employment, privacy, sanctions, export, or other law. The governing-law and dispute-resolution clauses must be completed before public launch.
10. Changes
PELASTRION may update these terms. The effective date will be revised when changes are published.
