Clarify the deliverable
Ask whether the quotation includes attendance, data handling, review, remedial work, retesting, and the final document. Identify any steps performed by a manufacturer, approved supplier, or other issuer and the assumptions affecting completion.
Plan for exceptions
A scheduled visit may reveal a defect or incomplete data. Agree how extra work is authorized, how results will be communicated, and how outstanding items are documented. Do not assume that booking an attendance guarantees a passing result or immediate certificate release.
