List the equipment reporting the mismatch and any displayed alarms. Record what the responsible onboard team has observed, including whether the difference is constant or intermittent. Do not assume which source is correct.
Include the system history
Supply model and service references from the equipment register. Note any recent sensor work, power event, or change to an interface. Ask the desk to establish the scope for reviewing the source and receiving equipment.
